4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

Transactions on the bdt11 platform are currently supported through three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the account from which the deposit was made.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• bdt11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus terms at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when the system successfully confirms it and the user's account has sufficient balance. bdt11 reserves the right to cancel any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

6.2 Cricket Betting

The cricket betting section allows you to bet on Test, One-Day, and T20 matches, as well as BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, and various other international events. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant policy.
